Frequently Asked Questions

What is SEO?

There are many people searching for your products and services online. However, most people search in different ways and there are many other companies that offer the same products and services as you. So how does Google determine which websites should be visible over others for the different things people search for? That’s what SEO is about. It stands for search engine optimization and is the process of developing your website’s relevance and authority so can win more clicks, phone calls, and customers from people naturally searching for your services online.

What is the difference between SEO and PPC?

PPC (Pay Per Click) is the process of paying Google to advertise your website and you simply pay for every click to your website. This is a good solution for start-up companies that need new customers fast to keep their business alive. SEO is the process of developing your website naturally so you can get clicks to your website without having to pay for every click. SEO is a better solution for established businesses because it takes more time to develop a website naturally but the end result of being able to get clicks for free over a long period of time is infinitely better.

Is SEO for me?

SEO is not for every business. If your business is having trouble with consistency and you don’t have a natural flow of customers then SEO is probably not for you at this moment because it’s not an overnight process and there are other things you can do to try and get new customers to keep your business active. On the other hand, if you have a healthy established business and you’ve reached the point where to want to scale to get it moving a lot faster then SEO is one of the best things you can do to grow and be one of the leading brands in your area.

Do I need to update my website’s design to make SEO work?

No. The biggest things that impact how websites become visible naturally are a site’s relevance and authority. (If you would like more info on how to develop relevance and authority then submit our Free Website Evaluation form to receive a step-by-step explainer video). The design of your website doesn’t actually impact the natural visibility you receive through Google. Most companies will tell you to update your website’s design because they’re trying to sell you a new website but there is more than enough evidence to prove that this isn’t necessary. You should only update your site’s design if you want something specific or to update your online image, not for SEO purposes because it won’t make a meaningful difference.

Does your company do contracts?

No. Why would a company lock clients into a contract and force them to stay if they are getting great results?

What other services does your company provide?

Our team is continuously researching and discovering new methods that benefit our clients and enhance the results of our SEO campaign. The strategies that have proven to have made an impact include:

1. The Powerful Text Promotion
Our contractors have benefitted from The Powerful Text Promotion averaging around 20 appointments scheduled for their top 3 services instantly.

2. Live Transfers
The Live Transfers are perfect for getting new leads after a recent storm transferred to you live on the phone ready to schedule an appointment so our contractors don’t waste time chasing leads.

3. Celebrity Branding Reviews Follow Up
This was handcrafted by us as the perfect follow-up system that’s fast and easy to use so you can get flooded with great reviews from customers because ultimately more reviews mean more phone calls. It removes all excuses for why customers don’t leave reviews. (They forgot. They don’t know how. They don’t have a Gmail account.)

After testing many different strategies, these 3 have proven to get incredible results and can all be campaigns on their own and they complement the incredible results our clients receive from our SEO campaign.

How many contractors do you work with in each location?

We do not partner with multiple contractors providing the same services in the same locations. We only partner with one contractor per service area.
